What is Inktober?
Inktober is an annual drawing challenge created by artist Jake Parker in 2009. The basic idea is wonderfully simple:
The official guidelines encourage participants to make an ink drawing, post it, use the Inktober hashtags, and keep going. You can participate every day, every other day, or at your own consistent pace.
Inktober isn't a contest.
It's a reason to pick up your pen and keep drawing.
